Check the Spam folder of your email inbox, because our email could have been sent there by mistake. Before receiving faxes to your inbox, you must identify MonFax as an authorised/non-spam sender. If you still don’t find our email, it’s possible that your email address was incorrectly entered during sign-up. In this case, return to your client space and verify your email address.
