How does it work?

With MonFax, the portability process is very simple:

Please note 
Porting your number involves the cancellation of the associated phone line, so you’ll no longer be able to send or receive faxes via any device connected to this ported line. A dial-up modem connected to this line will not work either.
Make sure not to cancel the phone plan linked to the number you wish to port, otherwise you will lose this number. MonFax will take care of this step for you. If ever you wish to cancel your MonFax service, you can once again port your number to your new service provider. Note
MonFax does not allow porting of surtaxed fax numbers.

How much does it cost?

MonFax’s subscription fee for a ported number is the same as for a local number (see pricing).
